Andy Cohen spoke out about a Real Housewives of Beverly Hills episode on his radio show on Wednesday after actress Lisa Kudrow seemingly hinted it was staged as she appeared on Watch What Happens Live on Tuesday night.

After Lisa, 62, signaled to identical Sprinter vans after being asked if she had been tuning in, Andy, 57, explained why it looked like Dorit Kemsley, 49, had only pretended to leave Kyle Richards, 57, and Erika Jayne, 54, stranded after their heated fight in Italy while also detailing what went down between him and Kyle Cooke, 43, in a recently shared video.

“It blew up that people were saying she was calling me out on like, fakery on the show,” Andy began on the May 13 episode of SiriusXM’s Andy Cohen Live. “So basically, it was when Dorit, Erika, and Kyle were in that little town, and they had that huge fight, and Dorit said, ‘Screw you,’ and got in the Mercedes van and left. And what Lisa was pointing out was that there was another Mercedes van there, so they weren’t stranded.”

After hearing what Lisa had to say, Andy reached out to RHOBH‘s showrunner to ask, “What’s the deal?”

“Erika and Kyle were very, I mean, I remember hearing from production, like, ‘Whoa, Dorit stranded them in town.’ The other car was the crew vehicle that was taking the crew somewhere else and took the crew somewhere else,” he learned. “So Kyle and Erika then called the house to ask for a ride back. They called the house, and that’s why the van that had just dropped off the crew then returned to get Erika and Kyle.”

“So Erika and Kyle walking on the street, waiting for the van, that was real,” Andy continued. “They were standing there waiting for the van for some time. I don’t know how long the ride was, but the van had to go to the location and then back to get them.”

As Bravo fans may have seen, Lisa’s claim was made after Andy asked her if she’d been watching the Real Housewives.

“Yeah, I saw Beverly Hills. Mm-hm,” she replied.

Lisa then said, “You don’t want me to discuss it … You don’t want me to discuss it. I’ll tell you right now. I’m just gonna say, Black Mercedes Sprinter. Twins. Caught that. I’m sorry.”

During another moment of his radio show, Andy was confronted with the video of him and the Summer House cast member, which raised questions about potential tension.

“There’s a video of me. I guess I was posing on the um, I was posing with Kathy Hilton, and I turned, and it looks like I am reaming out Kyle Cooke. And what it was, was that I had said to him earlier, ‘Play the new Madonna.’ I go, ‘You’re going to play “I Feel So Free,” right?’ And he goes, ‘I don’t know if I have it. And so when I was posing with Kathy, I turned to him and I go, ‘You better f*cking get the new Madonna,’” Andy explained. “I was reaming him out, telling him to get the new Madonna. That’s what it was … [But] people thought it was something really deep and that I was screaming at him to get out of the shot.”

“By the way, I can’t think — I think it would be iconic if Kathy and I were posing and Kyle was in the back of the DJ stand,” he added.
