Jo-Ellen Tiberi claimed that Rulla Pontarelli’s husband Brian Pontarelli gave his alleged mistress a “ring” and met her “entire family,” as Jo-Ellen addressed if the woman wants to be involved on Real Housewives of Rhode Island.
Early in the season, Jo-Ellen seemingly made it her mission to expose the alleged affair, despite Brian’s claim that he broke it off with her a while ago. Rulla said repeatedly that she believes her husband. But in a recent episode, Jo-Ellen showed co-stars an alleged video that was recently taken of Brian and the woman together.
On the Two Judgey Girls podcast, Jo-Ellen was asked if she thinks the woman wants to be involved on RHORI.
“No … I don’t know,” said Jo-Ellen, who seemed to hesitate. “Because sometimes, you know, she’s tagging Bravo. And I’m like, ‘What are you doing? Don’t do that.’ And I’ve said that to her. … We’re not close friends, but we’re acquaintances.”
“I think that she was just told a complete lie. You know, [she was] shown divorce papers, given a ring,” Jo-Ellen shared. “[Brian] met her entire family. There’s a lot to it.”
Jo-Ellen also claimed that Brian and the woman are “in love.”
“This is two-and-a-half years,” she said of the alleged relationship. “I don’t care anymore. It’s [Rulla’s] problem. I’m done. You figure it out. Hire a private detective. I did that for you for free. You’re welcome. I’m gonna invoice [Rulla] for my services.”
Earlier this month on The Twot Seat, Jo-Ellen shared more info about the alleged relationship.
“I feel for both Rulla and the mistress because they both got taken by this guy,” she stated. “He promised the world to the mistress, ‘I’m leaving her, I love you’ … He’s promising one thing to her, and then he’s saying something completely different to Rulla. They’re both victims. But [I] obviously don’t condone [the affair].”
“Somebody else should have brought [the affair] up [on camera],” she said later. “We’re on a TV show. It should have been brought up. … But no one else did, including the people that have known [Rulla] for a while.”
