Emma Hernan confirmed her exit from Selling Sunset – as Chelsea Lazkani reacted to the recent firing report. On May 19, TMZ shared that Chelsea, Emma, Sandra Vergara and Mary Bonnet won’t be coming back for the show’s tenth season.

Earlier this year, however, fans learned that Heather El Moussa and Christine Quinn are indeed returning. According to sources, production was stalled for a while as Christine negotiated her contract.

After the recent report surfaced, Emma spoke out in an Instagram post.

“Upgraded my sunset,” said the star in the caption, next to a photo of herself cozying up to boyfriend Blake Davis. The couple posed in front of a sunset while on vacation in Turks and Caicos.

A fan wrote in the comments, “OH WE DONT NEED SUNSET!!!! WE GOT MR. @beachboybd 👏👏😍❤️ love this for you both! Congratulations!”

Emma responded, “Exactly!!! Maybe we will start a little YouTube and you guys can come with us on our adventures!”

A different fan wrote, “I love the two of you ❤️ Ignore all the haters, and do what feels best for you!”

“THANK YOU 😍,” Emma replied.

“Are you still going to pursue real estate?” asked another user.

“For sure!” Emma answered. “I currently have one of the biggest listings at the O group and going to start in FL next!”

One fan asked if she was “fired” from Selling Sunset.

“I was not!” Emma explained. “I am no longer living full time in LA because I’m focusing on my relationship and business.”

Meanwhile, Chelsea wrote an Instagram post reacting to the firing report.

The star shared carefree photos of herself while playing the Sienna Spiro song, “You Stole The Show.”

Ex-castmate Chrishell Stause ‘liked’ the post and commented with the heart-eyes emoji.

Back in February, Christine hinted that she was in talks to come back to Selling Sunset.

“Those conversations kind of happen every year, and there’s interest every year, but I feel like this year was different,” the star told Entertainment Tonight at the time.

“[Amid season 9] there was a lot of fan feedback in terms of … ‘Christine was right. What were we thinking? I owe Christine an apology. This is crazy,’” she added. “A lot of people were going back and watching from season one on, and so I feel like the fan flare-up was something like I’ve never seen before. The overwhelming support was crazy to see.”
