Fans of Bravo’s past hit reality show Don’t Be Tardy were shocked when it was reported yesterday that Kim Zolciak and Kroy Biermann‘s 15-year-old son, Kroy “KJ” Jagger Biermann, was arrested on claims of sexual battery.
Following the initial report, Kim, 48, who was also a star of The Real Housewives of Atlanta, insisted her son denied “engaging in the conduct” he was accused of and claimed he passed a “polygraph examination regarding these allegations.”
In the wake of this news, past comments Kroy’s half-sister Ariana Biermann made about her siblings in 2025 have resurfaced.
During an episode of Next Gen NYC star Gia Giudice‘s Casual Chaos podcast, Ariana, 23, insisted she told Kim and Kroy, 40, that they needed to focus on their kids amid their brutal divorce.
Ariana noted that the constant calls to the cops and accusations in the press Kim and Kroy made amid their divorce were “coming from a place of hurt and anger and money” issues. She also noted her siblings were victims of her parents’ back-and-forth battle.
“Money destroys so many things, so many relationships, and the stress of that, and my siblings should never have to think about money, should never have to worry about anything that’s going on … it’s just so horrible, everything,” she stated.
“My little sister [Kaia] acts crazy. She needs to be in therapy … Everybody should be in therapy. My brothers … They’re like, ‘I’m not going to talk to this weirdo.’ My brothers will sit there … and literally not say a damn word. Nothing,” added Ariana.
TMZ obtained court documents on August 21 that detailed a sexual assault was reported on April 24 at the North Fulton Hospital, where a girl KJ attended school with claimed an unwanted encounter with him had taken place the previous day.
Specifically, she alleged that she and KJ were spending time together at a gym and ended up going into a co-ed sauna. She then claimed KJ got handsy.
While she noted she tried telling him “no,” she detailed that he would not stop and allegedly forced her mouth onto his penis and digitally penetrated her vagina.
As previously mentioned, Kim spoke out about the allegations made against KJ in a statement to Us Weekly on August 21.
“The allegations being made against my son are nothing short of reckless and deeply troubling,” she said. “He categorically denies ever being involved with this woman or engaging in the conduct she has alleged. My son voluntarily took a polygraph examination regarding these allegations and passed. Additionally, an examination was conducted, and no DNA belonging to my son was found.”
“False accusations can have devastating consequences not only for the person being accused, but also for genuine survivors of sexual assault and abuse. Every legitimate allegation deserves to be taken seriously and investigated based on the facts and evidence. At the same time, no one should be publicly condemned based solely on an accusation,” Kim elaborated. “We remain confident that the facts and evidence will establish the truth, and we ask that people allow the proper process to take its course rather than spreading unproven allegations.”
