Kim Zolciak and Kroy Biermann‘s 15-year-old son, Kroy “KJ” Jagger, has been arrested on charges of sex crimes following an alleged encounter with a female in the changing area of a gym.
As Kim, 48, and Kroy, 40, remain locked in a bitter divorce, which most recently saw Kroy step out with the estranged wife of Kim’s new boyfriend, Kyle Mowitz, KJ was accused of aggravated sodomy and aggravated sexual battery.
According to court documents obtained by TMZ on August 21, a sexual assault was reported on April 24 at the North Fulton Hospital, where a girl KJ went to school with, along with her father, told police that an encounter with KJ had taken place the previous day.
As the girl alleged, she and KJ were spending time together at the gym and ultimately ventured into the co-ed sauna. From there, she claimed KJ got handsy.
Although the girl attempted to tell KJ, “No,” he wouldn’t stop and allegedly forced her mouth onto his penis and digitally penetrated her vagina.
Following an investigation, police reached out to Kroy on May 14 and chatted with him on May 18, at which point Kroy confirmed that he would bring up the matter to Kim. Months later, on August 17, KJ was taken into custody, where he has remained ever since.
According to the police report, the girl was examined at a hospital, but doctors did not find evidence of any male DNA in her mouth or her vagina.
Kim and Kroy split in April 2023 after 11 years of marriage. The former couple shares four biological children, including KJ, Kash Kade, 14, and twins Kane and Kaia, 12, and Kroy adopted Kim’s two oldest daughters, Brielle, 29, and Ariana Biermann, 24.
