Real Housewives of New Jersey alum Albie Manzo revealed that he got into more “trouble” after sharing that he talks more to his sister Lauren Manzo’s ex-husband Vito Scalia than Lauren herself. Meanwhile, Lauren and Albie’s mom Caroline Manzo shared a post seemingly hinting at where the brother and sister now stand.

Last month, Albie addressed Lauren and Vito’s secret past relationship as he shared that he now speaks more to Vito. He also recalled a past argument with Vito, who was Albie’s best friend at the time, hiding his relationship with Lauren.

On his “Dear Albie” podcast, Albie reacted to the Reality Blurb story detailing his recent comments about Lauren and Vito.

“That started so much trouble,” said Albie. “My favorite [and] least favorite comment [from fans reacting to the story] is, ‘Is Albie really doing this? Like, why is he doing this? It’s so long ago. [He’s doing it] for likes or whatever.'”

“I’m like, yes, it is so long ago. That is the point. [My cohost] Martino had never seen it,” Albie explained, referring to the past season of RHONJ in which the sibling drama was revealed.

Meanwhile, Caroline posted a smiling, happy family photo of Lauren and Albie sitting next to each other – seemingly hinting at where the siblings stand.

“Life is good,” wrote Caroline in the caption on Instagram.

A few weeks back, Albie addressed the situation.

“To [be] perfectly clear, I probably talk to Vito more than I talk to Lauren,” he stated at the time on his “Dear Albie” podcast. “I talk to Vito almost every day. We’re all in a giant group text. He was [recently] hitting me up, asking me if I got an au pair. We were all joking about stuff. So Vito and I are still tight.”

“[Back then I was] watching my best friend who’s dating my sister, [and] I genuinely didn’t know a lot of this stuff was going on. [Vito and] I had argued [about it] behind the scenes,” he went on. “I made one simple point [to him]: ‘Well, it would have been nice to let me know.’ And he was like, ‘Why do I got to let you know?’ And I was like, what?”
