LuAnn de Lesseps Bravo Spinoff

Following her very bad decision to marry someone everyone warned her about, it seems Luann de Lesseps might be getting rewarded with her own spin-off!

Just less than a month after the Real Housewives of New York star announced she was divorcing husband of 7 months Tom D’Agostino, she is reportedly in talks with Bravo to get her own show.

An insider close to LuAnn, 52, tells Radar Online the proposed spin-off will focus on post-divorce single life.

“Luann has always spoken with Bravo about doing a spinoff show about her liking for love,” the source reveals, however making it clear it is “NOT a dating show with experts helping her find love,” but rather, “it’s a spinoff reality show of her life after divorce.”

This is not surprising as LuAnn also got her own one-on-one interview special with Andy Cohen to talk about her divorce. That special is set to air next Wednesday on Bravo at 11/10c.

So it makes sense that Bravo executives are waiting to see the ratings from her interview special before green-lighting her spinoff.

“Bravo hasn’t given her an answer but have said if the WWHL special does well in the ratings they should talk,” reveals the source.

LuAnn reportedly had lots of offers with bigger networks to give her first interview about her divorce but she remained loyal to Bravo and Andy,  plus the possibility it might lead to her own spin-off apparently didn’t hurt either!

“She’s no fool,” says the insider of the saavy LuAnn, adding, “Why would you want to piss off Andy when he has the power to give you your own show?”

She’s definitely no fool as she’s finding ways to capitalize off her very short lived marriage.

We also reported yesterday that there are rumblings that LuAnn might already be back with her ex-boyfriend Jacques Azoulay. Talk about wasting no time!
