Oh boy as it appears Camille Grammer might still be experiencing some bad luck when it comes to men.
According to a new report, the Real Housewives of Beverly Hills star’s new fiance is not only still married, but is also accused of physically abusing his estranged wife. Wowzers.
A month after announcing her engagement, uncovered legal documents show Camille’s fiance, attorney David C. Meyer, and his wife of 11 years, Wendy Meyer, are not yet legally divorced as of November 21, 2017.
Even worse, David’s estranged wife Wendy alleged he “physically assaulted” her back in 2014 following their separation.
“Respondent and I separated on September 24, 2014 when respondent was arrested after he physically assaulted me in our home and caused me to have a concussion,” claimed Wendy in the divorce papers filed on March 10, 2016 according to Radar Online.
Additionally, Wendy alleged in the court documents that David withheld money from her while he lived the good life in Malibu.
She claimed, “Although the Respondent and I lead a lavish lifestyle during our marriage as discussed in more detail below, Respondent has refused to provide me with an adequate amount of child and spousal support since we separated.”
David and Wendy have two sons together, as she also claimed he left their sons with random women to look after them while he partied.
“Since we separated Respondent bought a new car, a Dodge Hellcat, is leasing a home in the most exclusive area of Malibu, is frequently dining at expensive restaurants including Mastro’s and Nobu and is throwing parties at his beach house,” claimed Wendy. “After their visits with Respondent, our children have told me that Respondent is having girls in bikinis looking after them while ‘dad drinks whiskey and talks to friends at the party,’ the entire time.”
Court documents filed on May 24, 2017 reveal David “completed the Our Children First online program of the Los Angeles Superior Court on May 19, 2017.”
Radar reports that David did not address the arrest allegation in his response to his wife’s court filing.
This news is quite shocking as Camille previously accused her ex-boyfriend of two years, Dimitri Charalambopoulos, of domestic violence. He denied it and sued her for defamation in 2014. She in turn filed a counter-suit against him for abuse.
