Arrest? What arrest?! Real Housewives of New York City star Luann de Lesseps is moving ahead with her plans to make a cabaret debut this year.

This comes just over a week after she was arrested for attacking police officers and resisting arrest while intoxicated, and days after she announced she was heading to rehab.

Apparently Luann, 52, had been working on a cabaret act before her arrest, and is still scheduled to make her nightclub debut at the NYC supper club Feinstein’s/54 Below on Feb. 27 and March 8.

The club’s website states, “De Lesseps’s glamorous life in the fast lane on several continents (together with a solid decade at the center of reality TV) provides fodder for hilarious stories, one-of-a-kind anecdotes, and, of course, some standards and pop songs in her inimitable style.” The site adds that she will be joined by “an eclectic group of New York’s most sought after nightlife stars, both legendary and ascendant.”

As we reported, Luann was arrested in the early morning of December 24 and charged with multiple crimes including disorderly intoxication, battery of an officer, resisting arrest and making threats against a public servant.

The police report shed more light on the arrest, revealing that Luann had entered the wrong hotel room with a mystery man, and refused to leave when confronted by the hotel security guard. This led to cops being called and Luann refusing to follow orders to leave. She allegedly attacked the cops and tried to escape from the back of the police car while she screamed, “I’m going to f–king kill you” to the officers.

She apologized again last Friday and announced she was voluntarily heading to rehab. It is however unknown if she is currently in rehab as she wished her fans a Happy New Year in a new post on her social media page.

She posted the video below on December 31 with the caption: “Happy New Year! ???”.
