UPDATE: This lawsuit against Lisa and Ken was dismissed shortly after it was filed as the dog rescue that brought the lawsuit was shutdown by the Attorney General. The original story is below.
The reason? On the show, Lisa Rinna brought up a lawsuit that was filed against the popular Bravo reality star and her husband Ken Todd , and we are able to reveal to you exactly what that lawsuit entails.
See Lisa, 56, and Ken were sued back in August 2017 by a dog rescue organization.
Spot Rescue made the unproven allegation that Ken assaulted the female director of the company after they refused to provide dogs for an event being organized by the Vanderpump Dog Foundation charity.
According to the lawsuit, Ken allegedly got very angry when the company refused to provide dogs for their event citing it was against their company policy. They allege Ken then physically assaulted the female executive when he threw her against the wall and yelled, “Do you know who I am? I will ruin your life!”
The executive apparently gave in to Ken’s demands and ended up providing the dogs for the event. However there was another misunderstanding when it was time to divide the $64,000 raised during the event. Spot Rescue claims Ken refused to pay them what they were promised and offered them partial payment… only if they promised not to sue him for the alleged assault.
Lisa however strongly denied the allegations stating back then: “It was a beautiful event with friends who donated to the charity,” adding that they never promised to split the proceeds from the charity event.
The lawsuit remains pending for the time being. The allegations are quite shocking as Ken is 71-years-old and has had hip surgery in recent years.
