Marriage Boot Camp: Reality Stars Family Edition is returning to WEtv tonight at 9 p.m. on WEtv with an all new cast for season nine.
In the new season trailer, posted below, a number of reality stars were seen battling it out with their family members, and one another, as the counselors on site attempted to help them embark on new, healthier patterns in their relationships.
Brandi Glanville, formerly of The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills, has starred on a number of reality shows since being canned by Bravo and because of her often outrageous antics, her father Guy Glanville has found himself “embarrassed.”
“The reason we are here at family bootcamp is because I want my dad to understand me and accept and respect me for who I am today,” Glanville said in her introduction clip.
“What I don’t like about my relationship with Brandi is the communication problem we are having. I don’t think we are being sincere and we need to fix that,” Guy added.
Mob Wives star Renee Graziano brought sisters Lana Graziano Zanococchio and Jennifer Graziano to boot camp to repair their sisterly bond after years of bad blood.
“We are in family bootcamp mainly for Renee and Lana’s relationship,” Jennifer explained to the cameras in her family’s own sneak peek. “They just can’t seem to get it together… and for me to teach Renee that she needs to respect my boundaries and leave me alone.”
“What I don’t like about our relationship is that when we fight, we fight as hard as we love,” Renee added.
In addition to bringing her mom Tonya Portwood along with her to bootcamp, Teen Mom OG star Amber Portwood also brought her ex-fiancé, Matt Baier, in hopes of getting to a better place of communication.
“I’m really just trying to fix our relationship,” Portwood explained.
Unfortunately, Tonya is completely unsupportive of Portwood and Baier’s potential reunion and tells the cameras that she just wants him to “get out of our lives.”
Love and Hip Hop and Vow or Never stars Jim Jones and girlfriend Chrissy Lampkin are also in bootcamp to address the dynamic between them and his mother, Mama Jones, which Lampkin says needs to major help.
“What I don’t like about my relationship with Jim and his mother is that she doesn’t have boundaries and he doesn’t seem to know how to set them,” Lampkin told the cameras.
As for Jones, he wants to learn how to better handle the issues happening between the women in his life.
