Real Housewives of New York City star Bethenny Frankel has just listed her Hamptons home for sale for $3 million, seven months after she initially purchased it.
And yes, it’s the same home her castmate Ramona Singer complained was located on the highway!
If you recall, we actually wrote an article late last year about Bethenny’s purchase of the 4,239 square feet home located at 2623 Montauk Highway in Bridgehampton. It boasts 7 bedrooms and 5.5 bathrooms.
Back then, the home was listed for $2,495,000, although she ended up closing on the property for $2,037,000.
Fast forward to today, and Curbed reports Bethenny has listed the home for $2,995,000 after doing some minor renovation on it. It is also available for rent for an average of about $50,000 per month during the summer, or $325,000 for an annual rental.
The home, which was built in 1910, once served as a bed and breakfast.
When it comes to the work done on it, she changed the wall colors in most of the rooms, updated the bathroom, and put in new shingles. It however appears there wasn’t any work done on the kitchen.
Features of the home include an entrance foyer, high ceilings, a fireplace, a butler’s pantry, walls of windows, and a marble wet bar. It also offers a heated gunite pool, stone patios, and an exterior dining area.
Bethenny does own another Hamptons home so it’s likely she only purchased this with the intention of flipping it.
