RHONJ Danielle Staub and Marty Gaffrey Split

Danielle Staub and Marty Caffrey‘s marriage may be irreparable.

The Real Housewives of New Jersey star has just filed a restraining order against her husband following just three months of marriage. Additionally, cops were called to Danielle’s Englewood, New Jersey home on Sunday night after an alleged domestic disturbance between the couple.

On August 13, Radar Online revealed the Bergen County Sheriff’s Office confirmed law enforcement responded to the residence in the middle of the night for a “domestic incident pertaining to a marital concern.”

“Danielle removed all of Marty’s family pictures. He objected,” an insider close to the family explained to the outlet.

There was a “huge blowout” and police were called, a second insider revealed.

Marty first confirmed his split from Danielle at the end of last month, accusing the longtime reality star of “financial, verbal and emotional abuse.” Around the same time, he told fans on Instagram that Danielle wasn’t who she pretended to be before they wed.

Following Sunday’s alleged altercation, Danielle filed for a temporary restraining order against Marty.

In the order, which was obtained by Page Six on Monday, it was revealed that Danielle came home on Monday to find her garage door had been locked. Then, after another door was opened, Danielle found Marty in the garage.

“He appeared to be under the influence of alcohol, agitated and confrontational,” the order read.

Although Danielle attempted to avoid a confrontation by retreating to her bedroom, their dispute was inevitable and after hearing noise in another room, she left her bedroom to discover Marty had taken down photos of her children and other sentimental items.

While it was Marty who called police, Danielle requested the restraining order because she  “believes that [Marty] is attempting to tarnish her reputation and career by making repeated false reports to the media,” as the filing explained.

Marty was given 20 minutes to gather his stuff and vacate their home.

Following Danielle’s filing, Marty is required to stay away from her and her two daughters, and is also banned from NBC Studios at 30 Rockefeller Plaza and Monmouth University in New Jersey.

The estranged couple will be in court on August 20 to further discuss the matter.
