Jenelle Evans and husband David Eason engaged in an explosive fight over the weekend.
Amid filming on the upcoming ninth season of Teen Mom 2, two police officers from Columbus County in North Carolina responded to a call from Jenelle’s home in regard to an alleged assault just before 10 p.m. on Saturday night.
“It was called in as an assault,” The Chief of 911 Operations for Columbus County revealed to The Ashley’s Reality Roundup on October 17.
Although it was confirmed that the caller was female, it is not known whether or not it was Jenelle who made the call.
According to the report, an alleged assault occurred at Jenelle and David’s home after a domestic dispute and an ambulance was requested during the 911 call. That said, the reality star and mother of three wasn’t transported to the hospital by ambulance. Instead, she was taken for care in a “private vehicle.”
“The ambulance was called, and then cancelled,” the Chief of 911 Operations told The Ashley. “The female was transported to the hospital via private vehicle instead.”
Before going to the hospital, Jenelle was advised about the legal options she could take against her husband but didn’t appear to take any and no police report was ever filed.
David was also never arrested.
“The female was advised proper action,” the Operations Chief said. “[The officers] advised what legal action she could take.”
While Jenelle’s Teen Mom 2 producers and camera crew were not present for the fight on Saturday night, The Ashley told readers they arrived to her home the following day to film with Jenelle and her mom.
“The MTV crew had no clue what had gone down the night before,” the source told The Ashley.
During one of the final episodes of Teen Mom 2 season eight, Barbara Evans voiced her concern for her daughter’s safety after suggesting her husband may be abusive.
“I don’t feel Jenelle is okay. David’s going to hurt her,” she warned.
Teen Mom 2 will return to MTV later this year or early next year for season nine.
