The Real Housewives of New York City star Bethenny Frankel might be a multi-millionaire, all thanks to her Skinnygirl empire, but that doesn’t mean she’s not frugal at the same time. The Bravo star is calling out a popular hotel for failing to issue her credit after she was forced to cancel a future stay due to a medical emergency.
As we reported last week, Bethenny, 48, revealed she suffered a near-death experience after having a scary allergic reaction to a soup she ate, which apparently contained fish unbeknownst to her. Bethenny tweeted that her boyfriend, Paul Bernon, saved her life alongside her EpiPen.
In fact, Bethenny had to be hospitalized following the health emergency, which led to a recent tweet from her this week in which she called out the Rosewood Hotels for apparently not issuing her a refund or credit after she was forced to cancel her reservation due to her hospital stay in Boston.
“It was quite disappointing that @RosewoodHotels wouldn’t even issue a future credit when I had a medical 911 and had to cancel a room,” tweeted Bethenny on December 28.

Fortunately for Bethenny, it didn’t take long for the hotel to respond to her tweet, as they promised to look further into the issue.
“Dear Bethenny, Would you please send us a direct message with the best form of contact and additional details so we can ensure this is quickly addressed by our team? Thank you,” the Rosewood Hotels & Resorts tweeted back.

This isn’t the first time Bethenny has taken to social media to complain about receiving bad service. Just last year, she also tweeted about an Uber driver who she says yelled at her and made her walk a long distance towards his vehicle, and called on him to be fired.
“I just had PSYCHO @Uber driver refusing to pull in driveway & help w bags & demanded I come to him raising his voice,” tweeted Bethenny in November 2017.
Unlike this time around, she did receive a bit of backlash for her Tweet with many of her followers telling her Uber drivers are not required to help her carry her bags. She then added that the driver was also “aggressive.”
Bethenny, who is currently on vacation with her beau Paul, in the Dominican Republic, has yet to publicly respond to the hotel’s tweet.
