Ramona Singer has re-listed her New York City condo.
After initially putting the 4-bedroom, 3.5-bathroom Upper East Side home on the market last spring, the Real Housewives of New York City cast member took her stunning abode off the market before putting it back on months later for a lower price.
Earlier this month, Bravo’s Home & Design confirmed Ramona has taken the price of her nearly 2,500-square-foot space from $4.9 million to $4.595 million after a couple of other price reductions months ago.
Ramona fully renovated the home after her divorce from former husband Mario Singer with a modern theme and a bright white base. She also adorned her bathroom with a stunning soaking tub, double vanities, and Carrera marble on the walls and floors. Meanwhile, in the kitchen, Ramona added a waterfall marble island countertop and stainless steel appliances.
“It’s bittersweet, actually, because the apartment is now so beautiful, and Avery’s leaving. It’s just, I’m going to be walking around that whole wing where she used to be, and I need a fresh start,” Ramona shared with The Daily Dish last year. “I’m an empty nester, and I think it just makes sense to move to a smaller place. I’m traveling so much more, and I still have the place in the Hamptons. So, I just think it makes good, emotional sense for me.”
Ramona’s corner unit condo is located in a full-service luxury building and has a 24-hour doorman and on-site concierge.
The Real Housewives of New York City season 11 airs Wednesdays at 9 p.m. on Bravo TV.
