RHOC's Tamra Judge Reveals Ex-Husband Simon Barney Blocked Their Daughter from Appearing In Season 14, Shares Her Response

Tamra Judge‘s youngest child, daughter Sophia, will not be featured on the upcoming 14th season of The Real Housewives of Orange County.

After filming the opening credits for the show with husband Eddie Judge and son Ryan Vieth earlier this week, Tamra took to her Instagram page, where she revealed her former husband, Simon Barney, had blocked 13-year-old Sophia from filming.

“Season 14,” Tamra wrote in the caption of a series of photos taken during the photo shoot.

After the shoot, Tamra received a text message from Sophia who asked how it went.

“It was okay,” Tamra replied, as she forwarded photos to her daughter.

“Oh Bronx was in it but not me,” Sophia replied, along with two angry-faced emojis.

In a post on her Instagram Story, Tamra shared a screenshot of her conversation with Sophia and said it broke her heart that Sophia felt left out.

“We’ve begged her dad,” Tamra revealed.

RHOC Tamra Judge Shares Texts From Daughter Sophia

Tamra and Simon divorced in 2010 and share three children together, including their oldest daughter Sidney, who has been estranged from Tamra for the past several years, their son Spencer, and their daughter Sophia.

As fans may recall, Tamra and Simon embarked on a nasty custody battle after their split, during which Tamra was accused of being “very neglectful” with their kids.

“I am saddened by the false stories my ex-husband has released,” Tamra told PEOPLE at the time. “He has no foundation to his allegations and in my opinion will do anything to destroy me. Unfortunately, he is hurting our children and my family in the process.”

After her post was shared, Tamra confirmed her son Spencer, who turned 18 last year, was able to make his own decision in regard to filming the new season of the RHOC.

“After reading many comments I just need to clarify,” she explained. “I’ve never had a strain in my relationship with my 3 kids Ryan, Spencer, Sophia. Spencer is now a legal adult and can sign his own contract. Sophia would love to film but her father won’t sign and network needs both parents to sign.”

The Real Housewives of Orange County season 14 will air this summer on Bravo TV.
