Teddi Mellencamp and her husband, Edwin Arroyave, are ready to unload their West Hollywood property.
After debuting a new $4 million home earlier this year on The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills, the reality star, and daughter of rocker John Mellencamp, has listed her old house, a four-bedroom, three-bathroom Mediterranean-style home with Douglas Elliman’s Rami Atherton for $3.2 million.
Teddi and Edwin haven’t lived in the home for about a year now, after originally purchasing it in December 2011 for $1,799,000.
The couple’s modern abode was featured throughout the eighth season of The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills and boasts a contemporary design with tons of white features, stainless steel appliances, and a stunning view of Los Angeles.
Below is a snippet from the listing:
“This home features a contemporary updated design with city views. Everywhere you turn there is a thrilling display of selected custom surfaces, high-tech lighting, and ultra modern fixtures – creating a beautiful blend of modern luxury and technology. Property offers zen gardens , koi pond & infinity edge pool / spa. Due to it’s location in the hills overlooking Hollywood and the rest of Los Angeles, this Mount Olympus home comes with breathtaking sweeping views of the city.”
According to a report from PEOPLE magazine, Teddi and Edwin’s 2,918-square-foot home is also available for rent at $17,000 per month.
Outside of the home, a dining air with a television, grill, and eight-person table can be found as an outdoor living room is situated nearby.
There’s also a second story balcony as well as a jacuzzi and swimming pool on the property.
The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills season nine airs Tuesdays at 9 p.m. on Bravo TV.
