Southern Charm's Thomas Ravenel Lists Plantation Home for $3.9 Million Amid Legal Drama

Thomas Ravenel has listed his Edisto Island home.

Amid his ongoing legal drama and custody battle with Kathryn Dennis, the former Southern Charm star is attempting to sell the four-bedroom, four-and-a-half bath Brookland Plantation home for $3.9 million after living at the 60+ acre property for the past 13 years.

According to the listing for Thomas’ historic home, the Brookland Plantation was used as an indigo plantation before the Revolutionary War. It later transitioned to Sea Island Cotton until the Civil War.

Thomas’ Greek Revival home, which was built in 1803 and restored in 2004, boasts 4,284 square feet of living space and historical features throughout, including Corinthian columns, pine floors, and large pane windows.

In addition to country-style bedrooms, Thomas’ home has a furnished basement. The basement has its own kitchen, living space, and laundry room.

Outside of the home, stunning views of Shingle Creek can be seen. There’s also a 10-stall, two-story barn on the property.

Also included with the property is a drive-through utility shed, six acres of fenced paddocks, and a half-acre saltwater pond.

News of Thomas’ listing comes just days after Kathryn confirmed she moved out of her five-story townhouse due to their pricey custody battle.

Southern Charm season six airs Wednesdays at 8 p.m. on Bravo TV.
