Kelly Dodd‘s fiancé Rick Leventhal just listed his New York City apartment.

The Real Housewives of Orange County star is bringing Rick with her to live in the OC as they look forward to life together as a married couple.

“Rick just put his place on the market this week because he’s relocating to California and our new house in Newport Beach,” Kelly told PEOPLE. “I will always love that apartment because Rick proposed to me there on his terrace overlooking the city.”

When the couple got engaged last year, many were wondering if Kelly would move to New York City to live with her man, the 59-year-old reporter for Fox News. The two have apparently made the decision to transfer everything to Orange County full time.

“That apartment has brought us both tons of luck,” Kelly continued, noting how the two have spent a lot of time there, including during the coronavirus pandemic. “It’s light and bright, we grilled and relaxed and enjoyed it so much… but his future is here with me in California and we’re both so excited for his move, which we hope will happen very soon.”

The Positive Beverage entrepreneur shared a video to her Twitter on May 26 promoting the listing, which is located at 251 East 32nd Street in New York City. The three-room apartment features a clean, all-white aesthetic, with white-washed floors, plenty of light, stainless steel appliances in the kitchen, and an airy, cozy terrace that looks over the city.
According to the listing, the one-bedroom, one-bath apartment is located in the Kip’s Bay neighborhood of Manhattan and is listed for $825,000 with Gill Chowdhury of Warburg Realty. The unit is on the 19th floor of the building, complete with a doorman and an outdoor fireplace — the exact spot where Rick proposed to Kelly last year.
