Luann de Lesseps Lists Upstate New York Home For $1.15 Million, Get Details of RHONY Star's Gorgeous Waterfront Property

Over the weekend, Luann de Lesseps listed her home in Upstate New York for $1,150,000.

The 2,400 square-foot property, which is located in Hudson Valley’s Port Ewen, boasts three bedrooms and three bathrooms, and it overlooks the riverfront. The reality star bought the home in 2018, and it was featured on The Real Housewives of New York City during season 11. Records indicate the home was originally built in 1966 and was listed in early May 2018 for $995,000. Luann finalized the purchase in October 2018, paying $950,000.

The Upstate stunner offers a luxurious yet tranquil experience on the Hudson River, with its mid-century modern architecture housing a stylish interior. It’s also clear to see Luann added some major upgrades to the home after purchasing it.

The open floor plan highlights panoramic views of the river and plenty of light coming through for a peaceful vibe on the water.

The “round house design” has three spacious bedrooms, with the master suite featuring glass walls with beautiful views of the river. The aesthetic has since been updated since Luann purchased the home, with elegant, modern touches and color palettes that create a cozy yet sophisticated feel.

The outdoor elements provide the cherry on top of the property, with a private dock, boat ramp, and mooring available for activities like kayaking, boating, and fishing.

The property is just under one acre and is close to the Catskills, Rhinebeck, and Woodstock.
