RHONY's LuAnn de Lesseps Drops $1 Million On Waterfront Home in Upstate New York

LuAnn de Lesseps has a new home in upstate New York.

Amid filming on the Real Housewives of New York City season 11, the reality star dropped $950,000 on a 2,400-square-foot, three-bedroom, four-bathroom home in Hudson Valley’s Port Ewen.

The Daily Mail TV confirmed LuAnn’s purchase on November 13 and said the mother of two has been enjoying life in her new riverfront home.

The outlet also revealed LuAnn is doing her best to make the residence “fit for a Countess.”

According to the report, the home’s features a unique “Mid-Century modern, round house design,” which spotlights the property’s stunning views and looks like a “spaceship at night.”

MLS records show the home was originally built in 1966. It was listed in early May for $995,000 and Luann finalized her purchase on October 3.

The home’s many glass walls give LuAnn’s master bedroom an open, airy feeling and with the sun coming in, it always feels well lit. Meanwhile, the insuite bathroom is elegant, modern and sophisticated.

The home also boasts plenty of basement place and a spiral staircase made from metal and wood.

Outside, LuAnn has plenty of space to enjoy the outdoors as her home sits on just under an acre and features a dock, boat ramp, and mooring for activities, including boating, kayaking, and fishing.

Earlier this year, Luann faced a lawsuit  by her ex-husband, Count Alexandre de Lesseps, and their two children, Victoria de Lesseps and Noel de Lesseps, after she reportedly failed to put millions into her kids’ trust fund after selling their former home in The Hamptons.

Per Luann’s 2009 divorce settlement, the home was legally owned by Luann and her two kids. However, she allegedly failed to give her kids their share after selling it in 2014 for $8 million.

The Real Housewives of New York City season 11 will air on Bravo TV sometime next year.
