The Real Housewives of Orange County alum took to her Instagram Stories to share photos of herself removing her tattoo and to discuss how she’s doing throughout the process.
“A lot of you guys have asked me what is going on with my arm. Well, I’m getting my tattooed removed,” she said in the story. “It is a tattoo that I got about five years ago. It says ‘JE’ on it. It’s my only tattoo and it’s time to go. I’ve gotten two sessions so far and I want to tell you about it.”
The former RHOC star then shared photos and videos of her process at Vein Specialties & Medi-Spa in St. Louis, Missouri, including a before pic of the “JE” tattoo on her arm about to go through treatment.
The 35-year-old shared how although many (including former co-star Tamra Judge) told her the process would be incredibly painful, her first session actually wasn’t so bad.
Meghan also shared the progress of her removal, showing the ink has begun to fade throughout treatment.
“6 weeks after first treatment,” she wrote over the post. “[C]heck out that fading 👏”
Removing her tattoo isn’t the only way Meghan’s moving on from her very messy split from ex Jim. The former reality star recently dropped “Edmonds” from her name on Instagram.
“Please allow me to reintroduce myself,” Meghan wrote in the Instagram story post, pointing to her username change.
