Leah McSweeney isn’t afraid to bare it all, from her illustrious tattoos to her brand new nose job.
The Real Housewives of New York City star recently shared the details of her latest rhinoplasty procedure, and she took to her Instagram to note that she wasn’t trying to “hide anything from anybody.”
In a few Instagram Story shots from last month, the 38-year-old captured some of the details. She posed with a friend and also took a few videos where the bandages and bruises on her face were still present but healing.
Now, the Married to the Mob CEO can flaunt the final results from the procedure. She took to her Instagram Stories and feed to pose with her adorable Chihuahua and show off a fresh face sans bandages and black eyes on September 30.

In another Instagram post shared with her over 480,000 followers, Leah gave fans a closer look at her life post-procedure, holding her precious pet and donning a neon yellow, cozy sweater. Her honey blonde locks perfectly framed her face, and her fabulous new nose was on display!

When Leah first opened up about the procedure, she shared that surgery was something she had been considering for some time and wasn’t afraid to undertake. She also noted how happy she was for getting the work done, considering some of the health benefits.
“I could not be happier. I’ve been wanting one for so freaking long and now I can also breathe, which is great,” she previously explained. “I’m just never going to be one of those bitches that pretends like it’s not work, it’s contour makeup because that’s f–king weird.”
