Erika Jayne‘s estranged husband Thomas Girardi is in some hot financial water these days, and apparently, so is her designer-studded closet.
According to a new report, the Real Housewives of Beverly Hills star and “XXpen$ive” singer is selling a slew of her luxury items online amid her divorce from Thomas and accusations of assisting in the embezzlement of funds.
The reality star reportedly announced she was listing her clothing on the Vestiaire Collective app, which is a luxury resale marketplace. Erika is selling a bunch of previously worn items at a discounted rate, with a majority of the pieces being those she wore on RHOBH or during red carpet appearances.

Among the items are a Zuhair Murad jumpsuit going for $4,000, an Alexander McQueen mini dress for $1,600, a Moschino jacket for $630, a Rick Owens leather jacket for $1,100, and many more.
A few pieces have already sold, including a blue Alexandre Vautheir dress for $1,006 that RHOBH fans may recall Erika wearing at the season nine reunion. There are nearly 40 different pieces to bid on, including clothes from designers Dolce & Gabbana, Versace, Burberry, Stella McCartney, Balmain, and more.
It seems the page has been around for several months, although other items are more recently updated as Erika is going through a messy legal situation pertaining to her estranged husband, Tom.
This news comes as a bombshell LA Times report came out yesterday with new details about Tom’s legal fiasco. The piece included an admission by Tom in court that he is completely broke.
“At one point I had about 80 million or 50 million in cash. That’s all gone. I don’t have any money,” Tom testified under oath.
As previously reported, Erika and Tom are facing a federal lawsuit in which the couple is accused of embezzling millions of dollars owed to families of plane crash and burn victims. In the suit, Tom is accused of using his clients’ settlement money to fund the RHOBH star’s “lavish lifestyle.”
“Tom has resorted to embezzling the proceeds of settlements that should have been directed to his clients—including, as the basis for this Complaint, the widows and orphans who lost loved ones in the tragic crash of Lion Air Flight 610—in order to continue funding his and Erika’s lavish Beverly Hills lifestyles,” the suit claimed.
It’s currently reported that Tom is facing an involuntary bankruptcy and a new $500,000 lawsuit from his former law partner, Robert Keese, who claimed he was promised monthly retirement checks only to find those checks stopped being sent.
