Former Real Housewives of Beverly Hills housewife Teddi Mellencamp has recently joined the cast of Celebrity Big Brother for its new season. The lifestyle coach is pumped and ready to compete, and although her father, John Mellencamp, has no clue what the heck she’s doing, he’s made it clear he supports his daughter. Also, many of her former castmates and housewife friends have jumped in to show their support as well.
In an Instagram post, her father posted a picture of himself alongside Teddi and his grandchildren, and he also posted one with him and a young Teddi.
In the caption, he hilariously wrote, “A television show that Teddi is on premieres tonight. I don’t know what she’s doing, but I’m proud of her and hopes she achieves her goals.”
In addition to her rock star pops having her back, so do her friends and former housewives.
BFF Kyle Richards posted a video with the current cast of RHOBH cheering her on, including Lisa Rinna, Erika Jayne, and Dorit Kemsley.
“Good luck, Teddi. We love you so much. You’re going to kill it! Go out there and kill it and win it,” Kyle excitedly yelled in the video.
Also showing her support is Teddi’s Two T’s in a Pod co-host Tamra Judge.
“I’m so excited for my girl Teddi. I am having some girls over. We’re going to have a little premiere party for her. … We’re going to watch her just kick some ass tonight. Go Teddi!” Tamra said in a video.
Of course, Teddi’s husband, Edwin Arroyave, gave his heartfelt support and sentiments to his wife in a loving Instagram post as well.
“I cannot begin to describe how proud I am to stand beside such an amazing woman,” Eddie wrote. “I would wish you luck, but I know you don’t need it! You inspire me every single day through your pure determination, mental toughness, gentle heart and your compassion for others.”
In the new season of the competition series, Teddi is also competing against a fellow former housewife, RHOA’s Cynthia Bailey. She’ll also compete against Olympians, singers, actors, professional athletes, and comedians.
We’ll have to wait and see how much competitiveness and drama Teddi can bring to the upcoming season. Could it possibly outdo her time on RHOBH?
