Lisa Rinna has taken heat from the fan base following her controversial behavior on social media.

Initially, the Real Housewives of Beverly Hills star went after co-star Sutton Stracke, who insinuated that Lisa never thanked her for an invite. In order to prove Sutton wrong, the actress dropped some heavy receipts. This of course is a Bravo no-no unless you’re doing it on the show.

Lisa also declared publicly that any castmate who fights with Garcelle Beauvais is called a “racist.” She then shaded the Real Housewives of Dubai, triggering an all-out war on social media.

On July 4, Lisa took to Instagram and apologized for her behavior, and she also opened up about her mother’s passing.

First, the star shared a quote about loss: “‘Grief never ends… But it changes. It’s a passage, not a place to stay. Grief is not a sign of weakness, nor a lack of faith… It is the price of love.'”

In the caption, Lisa wrote, “I have had a really rough time of it I think you’ve seen how hard this has hit me. I’m sorry if I’ve raged on you, about you- it really has nothing to do with any of you. I never thought I would feel this way.”

“I really thought grief would be about sadness and pain but it’s so much more. I am really struggling, I just never thought it would feel like this but here it is,” she added. “Losing my Mom has really hit me hard. Thank you for your patience with me I know it’s not easy to have warm fuzzies for me right now.”

Lisa concluded, “I’ll get through this and hopefully come out the other side stronger and better. Thank you for your support and your love. I so so appreciate it.”

Another Housewife in the Bravo franchise, Dorinda Medley from Real Housewives of New York, came to her defense. She wrote in the comments, “Truly the price of loving hard, deeply and sincerely … It’s a journey [that] has no real timeline and if people around you don’t understand that , then they don’t really understand loss or true love.”

The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills season 12 airs Wednesdays at 8/7c on Bravo.
