On a recent episode of Real Housewives of Beverly Hills, Sutton Stracke opened up about her desire to find a boyfriend. The 50-year-old gave a fairly detailed list of her dream qualities for a man (and some qualities she hoped to avoid).
During a particularly memorable scene, Sutton’s castmates grabbed her phone and spoke on FaceTime with a man she met through a dating app. In the moment, Sutton told the group, “Excuse me, I actually like him.”
Sutton is now Instagram-official with that man: Sanjit Das.
On August 24, Sutton released a pic of herself with the attorney, who was once a contestant on Jeopardy!
“Good things do come out of #rhobh????,” she wrote in the caption of their selfie.
Fellow castmate Crystal Kung Minkoff (who witnessed Sanjit in the episode), commented on the post, “I take ALL CREDIT.”
Later in the season, the two were filmed on a dinner date together. After the episode aired, Sutton shared on The Beverly Hills After Show, “I’m still friends with Sanjit. I actually just texted him today.”
“I like Sanjit a lot and we’re friends,” she said, via Page Six. “I went out with him a couple weeks ago and I was like, ‘Sanjit, you’re kind of cute.’ It’s confusing. He might be a slow burn.”
The star said jokingly that she can “catch” men, but it’s hard for her to keep them. “It’s prickly,” she added. “It’s not fun and it’s not light. All I want is a boyfriend.”
Now, it seems Sutton has gotten her wish.
