Vicki Gunvalson is sporting some major weight loss after undergoing an AirSculpt procedure at the offices of Elite Body Sculpture.

Ahead of her highly-anticipated return to The Real Housewives of Orange County, Vicki opted for the minimally invasive body contouring treatment, which aims to permanently remove fat, tighten skin, and sculpt certain areas of the body.

In photos obtained by Reality Blurb, Vicki, 60, was seen before the procedure, which targeted her thighs, buttocks, and cellulite, and two months after.

During a post-op interview with Us Weekly, Vicki confirmed she lost 22 pounds with AirSculpt and a healthy diet.

“Cellulite appears stronger when you’re getting thinner,” she explained on December 20. “My butt and my legs were running into the same area.”

According to Vicki, it was actually LeeAnne Locken who recommended the procedure.

“I ran into LeeAnne Locken and she looked fabulous. I’m like, ‘What in the hell did you do?’ She’s like, ‘I lost weight, and I did AirSculpt,’” Vicki recalled.

Although Vicki previously followed a diet of “intermittent fasting and trying to really limit sugars and things like that,” she wasn’t getting the results she was hoping for, and she ultimately decided AirSculpt was just what she needed.

“I was really excited ’cause I didn’t have to go under general anesthetic, and they actually cut the bands of the cellulite so they won’t appear anymore,” she said.

In addition to not needing a general anesthetic, the procedure also doesn’t require stitches or pain medication. In fact, just three days after undergoing AirSculpt, Vicki attended BravoCon.

“I’m approaching three months later, super happy with the results,” she concluded. “I lost seven pounds from my two-week checkup to my three-month checkup, but overall I’ve lost about 22 pounds from my heaviest about a year ago.”

The Real Housewives of Orange County season 17 is expected to premiere on Bravo sometime in early 2023.
