Camille Lamb Appears to Walk Back Attitude against Below Deck Production after Claiming She Felt ‘Set Up,’ Thanks Cast and Producers, Says It Didn't "End The Way I Wanted”

Camille Lamb seems to have pulled a 180 after unleashing her animosity toward Below Deck. This season, the stew/deckhand was accused of not carrying her weight and appeared to drink on the job. Her main beef was with Alissa Humber, who continually asked her to do basic tasks, eliciting pushback from Camille.

The star was fired after chief stew Fraser Olender caught her with alcohol on a shift. As the episode aired, Camille went on the defense, claiming the situation felt like a ‘set up’ and alleging that a producer was somehow involved. She slammed the ‘narrative’ of her termination, and she said she was previously drinking because they offered alcohol in a confessional interview.

Now, on her Instagram Stories, Camille appears to be walking back her attitude against the show.

“I wanted to get on here and just say thank you so much to the Below Deck community, to the Below Deck cast, to the Below Deck producers,” said Camille with a smile. She even mentioned the production company.

“I just don’t want it to ever come across like I’m not grateful and thankful for the opportunity and it was so fun,” said the star. “I really enjoyed everyone I worked with.”

She went on to say, “It didn’t end the way I wanted it to end, but hell it made good TV, so f**k it.”

Camille added, “But anyways, I just wanted to say thank you to everybody.” She also teased she’s “super excited” for the next chapter, and she wishes “everyone the best.”

“Best wishes from Camille,” she ended the post, blowing a kiss.

What triggered such a change in attitude? Perhaps someone reminded her of the Bravo contract — or she’s set to return in the next season. As Camille admitted herself, her strange exit was ‘good TV.’

Below Deck season 10 is currently airing Monday nights at 8 p.m. EST on Bravo.
