Danielle Cabral, a new Housewife on The Real Housewives of New Jersey, claims that audiences will see Teresa Giudice “vindicated” for her role in the messy feud between herself, her brother Joe Gorga, and her sister-in-law Melissa Gorga once it plays out on Bravo screens.

Speaking on Teresa’s involvement in alleged rumors that Melissa was unfaithful in her marriage to Joe, Danielle says that she “can’t wait” for viewers to see what “really happened.”

“I can’t wait for this season to air because that is the No. 1 question,” Danielle told Page Six’s Virtual Reali-Tea podcast. “I cannot wait for … that narrative to come out and for you guys to see what really happened.”

Danielle continued to elaborate on the “sticky” situation, claiming that she felt she was put in the middle of all the drama after her co-star, Jennifer Aydin, began pushing the rumor and claimed Melissa was “making out with another guy.”

“I was like, ‘Dang!’ You don’t want to know certain things because then when you know certain things, you are involved in certain things and it just puts you in those situations you just wish you were never involved in,” she told the podcast.

Though she says she wasn’t “shocked” by the rumors, Danielle did clarify that it “upset” her after the rumors began to gain traction — so much so that she tried to diffuse the tension between Melissa and Teresa.

“I tried to be that peacemaker in so many ways this season,” Danielle claimed.

However, being the “peacemaker” did not bode well for her friendships with the other ladies, and she ultimately grew closer with Teresa and Jennifer. Notably, her former friendship with her fellow newcomer, Rachel Fuda, took a hit. Rachel sided with Melissa and Margaret Josephs as the season progressed.

“I hope [I can get along with] Rachel because, you know, what went down went down. It is what it is. But I feel like we have so many similarities and our friendship was so pure in the beginning,” Danielle said. “And I hope we get to a better place. I hope we take this out of being, like, Team A and Team B. Can we just be the new girls on the block and be friends with be cool with each other?”

The feud between Teresa and the Gorgas has been playing out in the press for months after Teresa reportedly repeated the rumor that Melissa had cheated on Joe with her longtime friend, actor Nick Barrotta. The sisters-in-law have repeatedly traded barbs, leading to an “explosive” season 13 finale. The finale led to Melissa and Joe skipping out on Teresa’s wedding to her now-husband, Luis Ruelas.

The two have yet to make amends.

“Sometimes when things are too toxic and you try over and over and over again and it just keeps coming back around to the same thing, even if it’s family, you have to let it go,” Melissa said on her podcast, On Display.

The Real Housewives of New Jersey season 13 airs Tuesday nights at 9 p.m. EST on Bravo.
