The Real Housewives of Orange County’s Shannon Beador is inciting rumors regarding the status of her relationship with her ex-boyfriend, John Janssen.
The former couple was spotted reuniting during a night out at Tao Asian Bistro in Los Angeles with their fellow RHOC co-star, Tamra Judge. Tamra posted a photo of the pair alongside her and her husband, Eddie Judge, on Friday, April 21.
Getting ahead of the rumors, Shannon made sure to let fans know that the pair are indeed not back together.
“Fun night with friends…” Shannon captured the photo, and she also included a heart emoji as well as the hashtag “#wearenotbacktogether.”
However, on a recent episode of her Two T’s in a Pod podcast, Tamra and cohost Teddi Mellencamp seemingly stirred the pot as Tamra claimed that she could neither “confirm nor deny” that there is anything going on between Shannon and John.
At Teddi’s incessant pressing, Tamra coyly evaded giving any direct answers to whether John and Shannon were “touchy-feely” during the outing, and the RHOC personality responded, “#maybe.”
Tamra continued, “Well, I called her yesterday and [asked], ‘So, what’s the deal?’ And she says, ‘no.’” Tamra added, “She says they’re just friends.”
Teddi continued to ask Tamra if they were casually hooking up or not. “You are so full of it because there’s no way you didn’t ask,” Teddi insisted.
“I don’t know! I didn’t ask! We’ll have her on [the podcast] and you can ask her!” Tamra stated.
Shannon and John’s breakup came after a nearly three-year relationship, reportedly “blindsiding” Shannon back in January. She has been seen dipping her toes in the dating scene again. Perhaps after seeing what’s out there, the two are giving it a second shot. Or maybe they have just finally found themselves in a friendly place.
