Ariana Madix was photographed leaving her shared home with ex-boyfriend Tom Sandoval on Monday. However, despite packing several boxes into the back of a U-Haul truck, it’s not certain she’s moving out quite yet.
While appearing on Watch What Happens Live last week, the Vanderpump Rules star said she’s planning to sell her and Sandoval’s house.
“My plan is to sell the house, I want my money out of that house as quickly as possible and I want to move on,” she said.
And on May 22, a U-Haul truck filled with her boxes was seen arriving at a new place located around 15 minutes away from her home with Tom. An insider told Page Six that she was “relieved to get out of that house” and “ready to begin a new chapter.”

After Ariana was seen transferring her things from her home to different vehicles, including the U-Haul truck, on Monday, TMZ said that Ariana and Sandoval, who split in March due to his months-long affair with her former best friend, Raquel Leviss, are 50/50 owners of their Valley Village property.
The outlet also noted that since their split, the former Pump Rules couple has been sleeping in separate rooms and doing their best not to interact with one another.

Ariana then took to her Instagram Story to tell her fans and followers she was “ready to dip out,” which led many to believe she was indeed vacating the $2 million property. However, she returned to social media to confirm that she’s focused on her finances as she remains in the home.
“I’m moving up, not out,” Ariana stated in a May 22 video on her Instagram Story. “Well not yet at least. It’s time to get my financial house in order. I will have more to share with you very very soon.”
Before Ariana suggested she was not actually moving, she was seen wearing a sweatshirt representing SoFi, a financial company, which made Page Six suspect that the reality star may be planning to use the interest in her home to make some quick cash.
Part one of the three-part Vanderpump Rules season 10 reunion begins airing Wednesday, May 24, at 9/8c on Bravo.
