Stassi Schroeder and Beau Clark have offered updates on their daughter, two-year-old Hartford Charlie Rose Clark, after rushing the child to the emergency room on Monday after noticing she was experiencing breathing issues.
In a series of posts shared on Monday night and Tuesday, the Vanderpump Rules alums looked back on their “scary” hospital visit as they shared what could potentially be wrong with the child and revealed how she was feeling amid their Fourth of July festivities.
“Just got home. [Six] hours at the hospital. She’s improved slightly with her breathing, but it’s still hard,” Beau wrote in the caption of a post shared on his Instagram Story on July 3. “Her little belly breathing is what everyone was so worried about. So she’s going to be on albuterol for the next two days with this breathing thing. But we might have to go back tonight if she gets worse again. For now she’s got an ice cream cone and is on the couch watching Frozen.”
Around the same time, Stassi said on her Story, “Long scary day at the hospital. We brought her in after she was rapidly aggressively breathing – doctors think it’s ‘reactive airways disease’ (which is essentially pediatric asthma) on top of a virus.”
“She’s such a little soldier,” Stassi added, along with a photo of Hartford breathing into a respiratory device held by her dad.
Also on Monday night, Beau shared a clip of Hartford breathing heavily as he issued a warning to his fans and followers.
“This was this morning… If you see your child breathing like this. Take them to the hospital ASAP!!!” he advised.
Luckily, by Tuesday morning, Hartford was feeling well enough to enjoy a pool day outside of her $1.7 million Los Angeles home.
“After this morning’s dose of albuterol she seems like 80% … So I made a little bubble, pool day for her so she can get some fresh air and sun,” Beau revealed on July 4, proceeding to thank those who let him know “not to give dairy when there is mucus in the lungs!”
And in a post shared by Stassi, she said that while Hartford was “feeling a little better,” she wasn’t quite well enough to be out and about.
“So here we are trying to be festive,” she declared.
