Kary Brittingham got engaged to injury lawyer Mark A. Anderson over the weekend in Tuscany, Italy.
In a series of posts shared to their Instagram accounts, the Real Housewives of Dallas alum and her fiance shared clips and photos from their time together in Europe as Kary’s former co-stars, Stephanie Hollman and Kameron Westcott, offered their congratulations.
“OMG I am the hardest person to surprise but my amazing boyfriend managed to pull the most special surprise ever in Tuscany on July 11,” Kary announced on July 15, along with a ring emoji. “Thank you for making me believe in love again when I didn’t think it was possible! I always dreamed of having someone that could love me just the way I am and someone to be my partner in crime and YOU are my person babe now and forever.”
“I love how we can’t fall asleep without touching each other, how you snuggle with me all night, how we tell each other I love you 100 times a day! I love your spirit, how hard you love, how you are always thinking of me, the way you are always spoiling me. Thank you for believing in me for putting up with All of me babe! you just make me so happy! Thank you for making me the happiest girl in the world …
Yes yes a million times Yes!!!!!!!!” she added.
And in response to the clip of images from their trip, Kary was met with a kind message from Stephanie.
“Happy engagement [Kary Brittingham] – so happy for you and can’t wait to celebrate,” Stephanie wrote on her Instagram Story.
“Sooo excited for both!!! Eeeek!!!” added Kameron, along with a champagne emoji and ring emoji.
“Thank you Kam … miss you,” Kary replied.
Meanwhile, on his own Instagram page, Mark expressed his excitement with a photo of himself and Kary — and her massive engagement ring.
“She said Yes! Which confirms that I am truly the luckiest guy in the world! And undoubtedly the happiest!” he proclaimed. “Kary is my dream girl! She’s everything I have ever wanted. Her zest for life is incredible! She has so much passion and love. And she’s spicy! I love the way she loves me, understands me and tolerates me!”
He went on to detail his proposal, saying it took place “on a beautiful covered bridge in total privacy at our hotel in Tuscany,” [Borgo Santo Pietro].
“It was the most romantic setting. She had no idea until I got on my knee. I had a better speech planned, but was overcome with emotion and could get out the main question. I’ll remember her answer the rest of my life: ‘Yes, yes, a million times yes!'” he continued. “I am over the moon in love with Kary. And so very excited to spend the rest of my life with her!”

As RHOD fans may recall, Kary divorced Eduardo Brittingham after 12 years of marriage in 2021, around the time the series came to an end.
