Tamra Judge defended Sai De Silva as the Real Housewives of New York star faces backlash concerning her actions in the current season. For several weeks, many fans have accused Sai of being a ‘mean girl’ toward Jessel Taank, yelling at her over issues that seem innocuous.
Tamra is also facing backlash over her recent season of the Real Housewives of Orange County, as she continually brought up her friend Jennifer Pedranti’s affair allegations after seemingly promising to no longer talk about it.
On her “Two T’s In A Pod” podcast, Tamra rushed to defend the RHONY star.
“Sai is messy! That’s what makes her a good Housewife!” exclaimed Tamra. “She’s not afraid to speak up. She’s not afraid to make herself look bad. She’s not afraid to do all the things for the show.”
Tamra went on to say, “Do I think she does too much? No! I don’t! I think she does just the amount of messy, we see the just amount of what we need to see as her home life. She’s cute, she’s spunky, she’s funny. I like her,” declared Tamra.
“If we didn’t have her, what would we have this season?” she asked.
Her cohost Teddi Mellencamp answered, “Nothing. We’d have Jenna [Lyons] who doesn’t want to be on the show. We’d have Ubah [Hassan] who’s not showing her life.”
Tamra then expressed, “So guys, stop b**ching about people who are doing the most on these shows!”
Teddi admitted, “There’s things about Sai that bug me, but it doesn’t mean I want her fired. It means I’m gonna talk about it, but thank God because if it wasn’t for her, what are we talking about?”
“We wouldn’t talk about anything?” said Tamra. “Nothing.”
