Kim Zolciak and Kroy Biermann might have the most complicated situation in the history of celebrity divorces.
The pair have been in the trenches for quite some time now, and the police have been called to their home in Atlanta quite a few times. Unfortunately, the latest domestic dispute between the former Real Housewives of Atlanta stars saw one of their kids calling the police because things got way out of hand.
Now, one week later, the estranged couple went out to dinner at a hibachi restaurant, and Kim shared it on social media. On top of that, Kim and Kroy were awarded a small victory regarding their impending foreclosure from Truist Bank.
According to a report from TMZ, Kim and Kroy got into a heated argument on November 21. Three police officers went to their Atlanta mansion and were able to calm down the situation. However, the most heartbreaking part of this story is that it was one of their four young kids who called to report the domestic dispute because things had gotten “extremely loud.”
This happened months after they were ordered to keep their distance from each other despite sharing the same home. Of course, this home was officially listed on the market for around $6 million back in October.
As if that’s not weird enough, it seems this on and off again couple wanted to show people that maybe things are improving. They went out for dinner together a mere week after their child called the police on them. We know this happened because Kim shared the evening on her Instagram Stories for the world to see.

In the video Kim posted, you can see a hibachi chef working his magic as Kim says, “Why don’t you do that, Kroy.” In response, he jokes and says, “I do, just not when you’re around.”
Kim also shared a photo of heart-shaped rice on the grill on her Snapchat page.
Just like when the couple recently went out for their anniversary, no one knows what to make of this. Do they actually plan to divorce? Are they staying together? And most of all, why are they so toxic around each other that one of their minor kids has to call law enforcement?
In other Kim and Kroy news, they recently got more time to find a buyer for their home before it’s foreclosed on. According to a report obtained by Radar Online, the auction for the home was supposed to happen on November 7. Now, the couple has until January 11, 2024, before they have to respond to the case. This means they have more time to sell their home before a new auction date can be scheduled.
In previous legal documents, Kim said they would suffer, “immediate and irreparable injury in that to allow defendant to continue with the foreclosure would thwart the spirit and intention of the Order issued in the divorce case in order to preserve the marital estate.”
She later said, “I am writing this affidavit today with a sense of urgency and a sincere request for your understanding and assistance in a matter of great importance to my family.”
Though this is a small victory for Kim and Kroy, it seems unlikely they would be able to sell their home before mid-January. After all, it’s the holiday season, and the pair have recently had so much drama in that house that most people with $6 million to spare would probably look elsewhere.
