The reality TV world is still reeling from that epic finale of the Real Housewives of Salt Lake City. And it seems that everyone’s favorite absentee cast member, Jen Shah, is not happy with some of the allegations being made on the show.
Now, it seems she plans to take legal action against Heather Gay, Bravo, and Andy Cohen based on previews from the reunion. Additionally, it has just come to light that she knew years ago that Monica was behind the Realityvontease Instagram account.
As fans know, besides the reveal heard around the world, we also learned that Heather‘s black eye actually came from Jen. This allegation came from Heather herself.
According to Page Six, Jen isn’t threatening legal action because of the finale, but rather because she “caught wind” that Heather blamed her for the black eye during the upcoming reunion. If what she has heard about the reunion is true, Jen “is most likely going to seek legal action.”
The source continues, “If in the final cut of the three-part ‘RHOSLC’ reunion, Heather makes any direct reference to Jen Shah giving her the black eye, legal action will be taken by the Shah family against Andy Cohen, NBC Universal, Bravo, Shed Media, and Heather for slander and defamation.”
The preview for the reunion debuted recently, and Andy can be heard asking Heather if “Jen gave [her] the black eye?” Heather then confirms that it was, in fact, Jen who did it. Heather had previously told the cast she didn’t know how she got the black eye.
As fans know, Jen also recently took to her Instagram to dispute the claims that she injured Heather.
In other Jen news, it seems she knew that Monica was behind the troll account. This is proven because information has surfaced that Jen and her legal team sent Monica a cease and desist over the account back in 2021. However, she never informed the other ladies, despite at least some of them knowing Monica before she was on the show.
Luckily, fans won’t have to wait long for the first part of the three-part reunion as it begins airing on January 9. From the previews, we see that Monica not only got the first chair for her first reunion, but she also shows up with a Mean Girls-style burn book.
