The Real Housewives of New York is reportedly gearing up to film the new season with all the cast members from season 14 returning. Sai De Silva, who took a lot of heat last season, shared her reaction to the report.
Earlier this year, one rumor surfaced that Sonja Morgan and Luann de Lesseps would join the new cast — a move that would please many fans who miss the originals.
According to a report from @queensofbravo on Instagram, Real Housewives of New York City will start production on the new season by the end of this month, and each star from last season has an apple.
In addition, two newcomers will be joining the cast.
Reacting to the report, Sai seemed to make a joke about the fan animosity.
“Sighhhhhh I hope Sai is not coming back,” she wrote about herself in the comments.
Another fan suggested that Sai should eat “humble pie” after last season, adding, “I’m done with her.”
Sai then mockingly replied, “So done with her.”
One viewer wrote sarcastically, “Let’s watch Sai be ‘real’ for another season 🙄.”
“Jenna Lyons is back? I’m shocked,” wrote another fan amid speculation that Jenna was quitting.
One viewer hoped that Sonja and Luann would be the two new additions.
“Unless the new housewives’ names are @sonjatmorgan and @countessluann … I’m not interested. #ThankYouNext,” they expressed.
“[Jenna Lyons] back is AMAZING!!” exclaimed a different fan. “Sai is a big disappointment. She’s not even fun to hate watch! Instead of extended versions, peacock should make episodes that fast forward Sai’s scenes.”
