Christine Quinn‘s husband, Christian Dumontet, was arrested for a second time this week after violating a protective order put into place after his assault with a deadly weapon arrest on Tuesday.
According to a new report, Christian returned to his and Christine’s Hollywood Hills home on Wednesday evening after being ordered to stay away. And after someone called the police to report his presence in the area, he was taken back into custody and booked on a charge of violating an emergency protective order.
Law enforcement sources who spoke to TMZ on March 21 confirmed that Christine was not the one who called the police and noted that both she and her son, two-year-old Christian, were away from the home when Christian was there. In fact, since Christine took the child to the hospital on Tuesday after a bag of glass Christian threw at her hit the boy, they have steered clear of the residence.
The outlet also stated that after his initial arrest Tuesday, and after Christine was granted a seven-day emergency protective order against him, Christian was released from jail on Thursday morning.
Also on Thursday, TMZ reported that Christine is in contact with attorneys about filing a restraining order against her spouse, saying that the former reality star is planning to spotlight her history with Christian and make further claims against him.
Although it is unclear what information Christine will potentially disclose, their marriage was described as “up-and-down” and “irrevocably broken.”
The report went on to say that before thinking about divorcing Christian, Christine is prioritizing the safety of herself and her son.
Christine appeared on the first five seasons of Selling Sunset.
