Siggy Flicker‘s stepson has been arrested for his reported involvement in the January 6 attack on the U.S. Capitol.
On Wednesday, over three years after the building was bombarded by supporters of then-president Donald Trump, 77, the 56-year-old Real Housewives of New Jersey alum’s relative, Tyler Campanella, was taken into custody, where he’s facing five misdemeanor charges.
NBC News confirmed the arrest on April 17, citing court records and sharing images of Tyler inside the Capitol.

According to the FBI, Siggy shared photos taken inside the Capitol with the caption, “I love patriots so much. Stay safe Tyler. We love you,” and a series of emojis, as well as a hashtag for “Stop the Steal.” Images of her post were featured in the FBI affidavit.
Also in the affidavit were phone records confirming Tyler’s phone, which was associated with the former RHONJ cast member’s account, was inside the Capitol at the time of the riots.
It was also noted that the account was associated with Bayside Chrysler, where Tyler was working as a sales manager at the time.
At this point, it is not known if Tyler has retained a lawyer.
In recent years, Siggy has been open with her support of Trump, whose presidential loss resulted in the riots in question. However, there was no evidence that she was at the Capitol, and she previously said she was in Florida at the time.
In addition to her support of Trump, Siggy is a close friend of attorney Alina Habba, 40, who has represented Trump and supported him on certain cable news programs. Siggy was even present for a recent birthday celebration in honor of Alina.
