90 Day Fiance is one of the biggest reality TV shows on air with its premise that sees couples wed after only a short time. Of all the couples featured, Steven Frend and Olga Koshimbetova are two of the most memorable. However, the couple has confirmed that they are no longer together as their problems worsened since tying the knot.
Fans of 90 Day Fiance will recall that Steven and Olga were introduced in season six of the series. He is from the U.S., and she is from Russia. The two met when she was on vacation from her home country. Olga got pregnant within months of dating. They married in 2019 and have since had two kids, one boy and one girl.
According to The Ashleys Reality Round Up, the social media fan page called 90-day Fiance Update recently shared screenshots of Steven discussing his breakup with Olga. He says in the screenshot, “I’ve decided to put an end to our relationship and put our children first. She is a great mom, but I couldn’t be [in] our relationship anymore.”
He added, “There’s obviously more context and I’ll share it in time when I’m ready. ”
Olga also responded to a fan who wanted to know her relationship status with Steven. “No, we are not together. New chapter,” she wrote.
He goes on to say that their breakup is more complex than he was currently ready to share with fans. However, he seems to imply that he will open up a bit more in the future about what led to their no longer being together.
Steven also discussed the breakup when a fan posted a comment on Instagram that read, “So you and the wife are separated?”
He replied, “Yes. I couldn’t be in the relationship anymore.” The 90-Day Fiance star had more to say in another comment. According to him, they both “deserve someone better,” and their kids “are most important.”
He also opened up a bit more about the two kids he shares with Olga, saying he sees them often. Of course, fans of the show had long speculated about their relationship status. Not only had they not posted one another, but online outlets have confirmed that they unfollowed each other.
