Selling Sunset is currently back for its eighth season. There’s been a lot going on with the show, but part of the drama centers around Bre Tiesi and Chelsea Lazkani. Recently, Bre brought gossip onto the show about Chelsea’s husband, and now she’s responding to the scene and saying it was all a setup for the cameras. Plus, Chelsea is questioning her future with the show if Bre remains a cast member.
As fans of Selling Sunset know, Bre received a call from a friend in a recent episode. In the scene, it was said that Chelsea’s husband had been seen kissing another woman. As is the case with most reality shows, the scene played out as though this was the first time Bre had gotten the news from her friend, Amanda Lynn. Of course, Chelsea and her husband, Jeff Lazkani, are going through a divorce.
After seeing the phone call between Bre and Amanda on the show, Chelsea took to her X account to share what really happened. She claims Bre got this news about Chelsea’s husband while they weren’t filming the show. However, she decided to reenact it once the cameras were up.
According to Chelsea, “Pt 1: Outside of filming Amanda contacted Bre about ‘tea’ – while filming, Bre orchestrated a fake call during her showing which ‘led to a sit-down scene with Amanda’ …in other words: she set this scene up with production, already knowing said tea to bring it to tv.”
She then says she knows about this because she hears about what other cast members are filming. Chelsea wrote, “Pt 2: I hear what is swirling while filming, and I ask production to set up a scene with Bre. I did this so she could tell me directly, so that it’s not [passed] around to a trillion people before me. Hope this helps!”
Chelsea then quoted another post where they asked if Amanda had told Bre about the rumors when they had originally talked. Chelsea replied, “Yes.”

However, things get even more intense when allegations of racism on Bre’s part come up. Chelsea shared a post essentially alleging that Bre, who shares a kid with Nick Cannon, likes sex with Black people but doesn’t like people of color outside of that.
Later, Chelsea made another post saying, “Made it clear and putting it in writing, if racist Amanda is on the show as a cast member. I’m out.”
