Luis Ruelas has gotten fans’ attention with a new photo spread in Miami Vibes Magazine.
As he posed alongside wife Teresa Giudice, 53, fans suspected the 50-year-old Real Housewives of New Jersey star had been heavily FaceTuned or Photoshopped to look much younger than he really is, as others compared him to singer Ricky Martin, 53, and claimed the couple does not look like that in person.
“New Month. New Vibes,” read the caption of a joint post shared by Luis, Teresa, and Miami Vibes Magazine on September 1.
After the photo was shared, fans couldn’t help but weigh in with comments.
“Holy Photoshop on their faces!!!” one person stated.
“The pics look nice but those are not what they look like in person,” wrote another. “I mean Louis looks as if he is in his 20s.”
“He’s so airbrushed he looks 30 years younger,” agreed a third as someone else said he looked like Ricky.
Speaking specifically of the last photo shared in the Instagram slideshow, other commenters took notice of Luis’ ear and continued to wonder what had potentially been done to edit his and Teresa’s faces.
“Someone FaceTuned Louie a little too hard,” one person shared.
“What in the filter is this?” asked someone else.
“What is going on with his ear?” another wondered.
In other RHONJ news, Luis recently made headlines after offering public support to Todd Nepola, 53, the ex-husband of Alexia Nepola, 58, who had gone on a rant against Real Housewives of Miami producers, accusing them of slander and defamation and threatening a lawsuit.
Days later, a report was shared by OK! Magazine in which it was alleged that Teresa had been left out of test footage for the new season.
“[Teresa’s] fans can say whatever they want, but Melissa Gorga, Margaret Josephs and Dolores Catania filmed with new women,” an insider told the outlet. “It’s really looking probable Bravo is moving on without her, and the show’s future does not include her.”
The Real Housewives of New Jersey is currently on pause ahead of season 15.
