Dolores Catania reacted to Teresa Giudice‘s recent claim about being open to reconciling with Joe and Melissa Gorga on the latest episode of Tamra Judge‘s podcast.
As the 54-year-old Real Housewives of New Jersey star also shared photos of her newly tightened hands and lip injections, both of which she had done in “preparation” for her son Frank “Frankie” Catania Jr.‘s upcoming wedding to his fiancée Nicole Perricho, Dolores admitted to being taken aback by Teresa’s comment.
“I am going to have to listen to that before I can get into this conversation,” said a stunned Dolores upon learning of Teresa’s comment.
“This is all very big news to me, huge news, and I’d really like to listen,” Dolores then told Tamra on Two Ts in a Pod regarding Teresa’s interview on Jeff Lewis‘ radio show, SiriusXM’s Jeff Lewis Live, where she said, “Never say never,” when asked about a family reunion.

As for Dolores’ new hands and lips, she shared photos on Instagram last week after undergoing Renuvion, a minimally invasive skin-tightening procedure by plastic surgeon Dr. Adam Rubenstein , on her hands, and getting lip injections from her future daughter-in-law, Nicole, aka “The Lip Boss.”
“As a soon-to-be mother-of-the-groom, this was such an important part of my preparation,” Dolores explained of the hand procedure in a video. “I wanna feel my very best for the next chapter in my life and now when I look down at my hands, I see a woman who is strong and proud. The difference is truly undeniable.”
“Now [my hands] reflect the strength and confidence I feel on the inside,” she added with before-and-after photos.
Meanwhile, with a pic of her lips, Dolores wrote, “Soooo excited my lips look hydrated and beautiful … pain free, no bruises, amazing!!!”

As RHONJ fans may recall, Dolores got the same tightening procedure done to her knees last year after a past liposuction left her with sagging skin.
“For a long time now I’ve been looking for something for skin-tightening,” she explained to The Daily Dish in November 2024. “Anybody who’s been doing plastic surgery as long as I have, I have to say, I’m pretty lucky — except for the fact that back when we were getting liposuction years ago, no one warned us about the loose skin that would follow it.”
“To be self-conscious about something, especially something on your body, you’re constantly aware of it. I just want freedom from that,” she continued. “I want freedom from always trying to hide something on my body ’cause I was embarrassed of it or ashamed of it or I couldn’t stand the look of it.”
