Meredith Marks shared “good news” about Mary Cosby‘s son, Robert Cosby Jr., on Friday after he was seen admitting to using drugs on a September episode of The Real Housewives of Salt Lake City.
Amid Robert Jr.’s addiction struggles, which have led to arrests and rehab stays, Meredith, 53, appeared on Jeff Lewis‘ radio show, where she offered an update on Robert Jr. and reacted to Jeff’s suggestion that she didn’t actually spend the night on the RV during the cast’s camping trip earlier this season.
“I actually did speak to Mary a couple of days ago and she said that he’s really doing very well now,” Meredith revealed on the October 3 episode of SiriusXM’s Jeff Lewis Live. “They went through a little bit again, and now he’s really on — she thinks he’s on the other side and thriving. So that’s the good news. We have a little upside here.”
At another point in the show, Jeff, 55, said he didn’t believe Meredith stayed in the RV while on vacation with her co-stars. As RHOSLC fans will recall, Meredith wasn’t thrilled about sleeping in a vehicle, especially one without running water. So, when the group seemed to lose track of her, some thought she’d slept elsewhere.
“I don’t think you slept there,” Jeff noted.
“Well, you saw me wake up there, didn’t you?” Meredith replied, playing coy about her whereabouts on the evening in question.
“Yeah. You had an early call time. I just don’t — I’m not buying it,” Jeff added.
