Ariana Madix and Tom Sandoval have reached a “conditional” settlement following a years-long legal battle over their shared home.

Nearly three years after the Vanderpump Rules exes called it quits on their near-decade-long relationship due to Sandoval’s six-month affair with their friend and co-star, Rachel “Raquel” Leviss, 31, Ariana, 40, filed a notice of settlement in Los Angeles Superior Court.

According to a January 14 report from Page Six, Ariana’s dismissal of her case against Tom, 42, is “conditional” and requires “the satisfactory completion of specified terms” within 30 days of the date of the settlement.

Following the filing of Ariana’s court documents on Tuesday, she and Tom are set to meet on February 5 for a final status conference. And if Tom is unable to uphold his end of the settlement, a trial will be held on February 17.

As Pump Rules fans may recall, Ariana sued Tom in January 2024, in an effort to force him to sell the $2 million Valley Village home they purchased together in February 2019. At the time, she asked for an “equitable allocation of the proceeds of sale” of the property.

In response, Tom made it clear he intended to stay in the home and claimed he offered her $3.1 million in cash, which she reportedly refused for “petty” reasons.

Although Ariana and Tom lived together for months after his affair, she eventually moved out in May 2023. And in May of the following year, she purchased her own $1.6 million home in the Hollywood Hills.

Ariana has been in a long-distance relationship with New York-based Daniel Wai since the spring of 2023, and Tom has been dating Victoria Lee Robinson since December 2023.
