Alexa Curtin was featured in an update video on Sunday from a YouTuber, who treated the Real Housewives of Orange County alum to a shopping spree at Walmart.
Days after the same YouTuber interviewed Alexa, who confirmed she was homeless and addicted to fentanyl, the 33-year-old revealed she was struggling with the loss of two fingers and missing her family, including her dad, Frank Curtin, whom she is no longer in touch with.
After Missnene, of the LA To You Interviews channel on YouTube, located Alexa and informed her that people had been reaching out to her after her first video, Alexa explained that she was on the way to sell clothes for money.
“I’m alright. I’m kind of struggling today because I don’t have any money, and I was going to go try to sell these jeans that I have just to make some money,” she shared.
Then, after Missnene asked Alexa if she was interested in getting help for her drug addiction, Alexa replied, “I definitely want to get help.”
“I’ve just been feeling kind of down and stuff because of my car accident, and losing my fingers has been really hard for me, and then just, not really being involved in my family has made it really difficult. I miss my mom, my sister, my nephew a lot. I don’t even talk to my dad anymore,” she continued. “Having these holidays pass and stuff, it just reminds me how much I love my mom and dad, and how much I’d rather be there [instead of] around all these people that don’t even like me or love me.”
After chatting in the car for a while, Missnene took Alexa to Walmart, where she purchased nearly $400 worth of items for the former reality star, including snacks, water, razors, press-on nails, lashes, and other personal hygiene products.
At the conclusion of the trip, Alexa said, “Oh my God, I feel so blessed.”
