The Valley's Brittany Cartwright Says She Doesn’t Think Jax Cheated on Her During Marriage, Shades Romance With Brandon Hanson and Offers Divorce Update

Brittany Cartwright spoke of her estranged husband Jax Taylor‘s potential cheating while appearing on Lala Kent and Ambyr Childers‘ podcast on Sunday.

As she also mentioned that she had Jax’s passwords when they were married and didn’t think he cheated on her at the time, the 37-year-old cast member of The Valley looked back on the time she spent with Brandon Hanson and admitted to thinking that Jax, 46, was unfaithful more than she realized.

“I did no wrong to that man. So I can walk away knowing that I’m a good person,” Brittany first stated on the February 8 episode of An Unlikely Affair.

She then said that she did not think Jax cheated on her when they were married, noting that she doesn’t look at Reddit and explaining that the two of them were “together 24/7.”

“We worked together. We did everything together,” she shared. “I had all his passwords. I had everything. I would use his phone. He would use my phone. And honestly, he was just sleeping, snoring on the couch, and farting everywhere. I’m just saying, he was just like, with me all the time, and I knew everything about him. I knew everything he was doing. Everywhere he was at. Like, I honestly don’t think when we were married that he did anything.”

As for the years they dated, Brittany had her doubts.

“I think he probably cheated on me more than I know about when we were dating. Because there were times where I just knew he did, but he would just never admit to it, or I could never get 100 percent proof, but my gut has never been wrong,” she noted.

During another segment of the podcast, via Bravo’s The Daily Dish, Brittany spoke of her dating life, joking that she “kind of forgot” about her “very short-lived” romance with Brandon before backtracking.

“I hate that I just said that, but I forget that I actually was in a relationship whenever I was just talking [to him]; I didn’t mean ‘I forget,’” she clarified. “I don’t feel like I’ve been dating dating.”

While Brittany hasn’t dated seriously since her split from Jax in early 2024, she said she hopes to once their divorce is finalized.

“Honestly, I think once my divorce is final, it’s going to open new doors for me in a weird way. A lot of stuff I do is in private,” she explained as her Valley co-star Janet Caperna, 36, said she was “proud” of Brittany for setting high standards and recognizing “red flags.”

As Brittany continues to face delays in her divorce from Jax, who has been focused on his sobriety and mental health since announcing his exit from The Valley last July, she has said that when it comes to co-parenting their 4-year-old son, Cruz Michael Cauchi, she and Jax have their ups and downs.

The Valley season three is expected to premiere on Bravo sometime in the coming months.
