Daisy Kelliher gave her fans and followers a look at her nose job on Tuesday.
After going under the knife to correct a deviated septum, the 38-year-old Below Deck star shared a series of before and after photos, as well as recovery images, as she explained her decision to have plastic surgery and revealed how she’s been healing in the days since.
“Did reality tv- gave you my life so decided to share all of it- the good, the bad, the honesty,” Daisy began in the caption of a February 17 post on Instagram.
“I had a really easy/ smooth recovery,” she continued. “Next time I need to go somewhere that I don’t have friends though. So lucky to have [Alli Dore, Lewis Quinn, and Sarah Oh] to support me. I had a really bad deviated septum which is looking really good (I broke my nose sailing when I was about ten- could have been this).”
In addition to fixing her septum, Daisy said she expected her breathing to improve as well.
In her first of several pics, Daisy shared a look at day one, which saw her with a large cast on her nose. And several slides later, after the bandage was removed, she showcased a small wound on her nose.

“My stitches have healed really nicely, and the swelling is apparently going to be a JOURNEY!” Daisy shared. “I wanted NATURAL and kept saying this lol. Very early doors but wanted to be transparent and honest.”
Along with an upward view of her nose, Daisy was seen first with a crooked septum, and later with a stitched and straighter look.

In closing, Daisy added, “Looking forward to the final result which will be in about a year. I don’t expect anyone else to notice just me … loved all the support. You guys are the best.”
Also, with her slideshow, Daisy offered a look at her nose from the side.
